Hi I’m Debbie Meriney.

In 2017, I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes. Like so many people, I was handed a prescription and told to "watch my diet"—but no one explained why my blood sugar was high or what was actually happening in my body.

As an endocrinology nurse practitioner with nearly a decade of experience, I knew that metformin would lower my numbers—but it wouldn't fix the problem. So I made a choice: I would find the root cause and reverse this, not just manage it.

That decision changed everything.

Over the next three years, I discovered what conventional medicine doesn't address: the Metabolic Inflammation Loop™—the chronic inflammation blocking insulin from doing its job. When I healed my gut and broke that cycle, my blood sugar normalized naturally. No medication. No extreme restriction. Just a body that finally worked the way it was designed to.
